At 2KS Pro, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and respectful of both your time and our service commitment.

✅ Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Full Refund
    Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled booking for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund
    Cancel 24 to 48 hours before your ride and receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

❌ No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the designated pickup location and do not notify us, the full booking amount will be charged.

🔄 Rescheduling

Need to change your time?
We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling based on availability. Refunds still follow the timing rules above.

🌧️ Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable disruptions, we may offer a credit or full refund, depending on the situation.
